I am often asked by email, by phone and in person to offer a personal 1-on-1 coaching program for real estate investors.

Let's face it, if we don't make a lot of money but have fun doing it, what's the point?
Too many times I talk to real estate investors that have stopped having fun, they're frustrated and the whole business of real estate investing seems overwhelming, frustrating and just plain no fun. Why? They lack the experience to know where to put their efforts so they spin wheels and pray for the next deal. I'll eliminate that for you.
The problems with their business are usually found in their Approach, Action and Attitude.
First, many times I find real estate investors with a deal by deal Approach. That's a failing model. It doesn't mean you have to do lot's of deals, but when you have high "deal flow" - that is good deals coming at you from many angles, your options are endless. You never wonder where your next paycheck is coming from. Wouldn't it be nice to know that you're building regular and repeatable income streams? How about getting paid every Friday...or Monday, or Tuesday, or...you get the point. Have you ever felt that you were working hard but not making progress to bigger and more consistent profits?
Second, I find a lot of real estate investors taking a lot of action but nearly 90% of the action taken is in the wrong direction. They believe that what they are doing will make them money and buy more property, I mean they read it in a book or a home study course so it must work.
